Ownership structure

As of December 31, 2007, we had 760,949 shareholders registered at VPC AB (the Swedish Securities Register Center), of which 1,517 holders with a US address.
According to information provided by Citibank, there were 144,025,238 ADSs outstanding as of December 31, 2007, and 5,461 registered holders of such ADSs.A significant number of the ADSs are held of record by banks, brokers and/or nominees for the accounts of their customers. As of December 31, 2007, banks, brokers and/or nominees held ADSs on behalf of 300,568 accounts.
According to information known at year-end 2007, approximately 80 percent of our Class A and Class B shares were owned by institutions, Swedish and international.
